- Planning and inventory control / Formalize cycle count process. Report out counts and be accountable for accuracy / corrections.
- Through the analysis of forecasts and marketing information, master production schedules for anticipated materials requirements.
- Ensure that all personnel (import/export warehouse, planning, Intercompany Customer Service Reps) receive appropriate training.
- This applies to new training as well as ongoing training.
- Manage and evaluate activities and performance of personnel (import/export warehouse, planning, Inter-company Customer Service Reps) providing appropriate advice, counsel, and guidance.
- A minimum of 5 years in Materials Management, supply chain, or logistics, with a focus in manufacturing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least (3) three years of hands-on experience leading and managing teams in materials planning, procurement, and inventory control, with a focus on direct people management.
- Experience working with various supply chain software systems, including ERP and MRP systems.
