YOUR TASK

  • Project management for development projects
  • Development and design of packaging designs and solutions
  • Technical and creative main contact for our customers
  • Search for new packaging concepts, taking into account production processes, materials, and trends
  • Monitoring trends, market research, and informing the entire organization about new packaging trends and needs
  • Introduction of innovative technologies, processes, and materials
  • Technical and creative support for material questions (cardboard, printing inks, coatings, barriers, etc.)
  • Supporting purchasing teams in validating new raw materials
  • Accompanying and participating in trials, both within the VGP group and at the customer's site

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education: Printing technology / Packaging engineer / Product development / Packaging technology
  • You have experience in the printing and packaging industry
  • You have knowledge of materials used in the printing and packaging industry (cardboard, paper, inks and coatings, glue, etc.) and printing and finishing technologies
  • Soft skills: Presentation skills, analytical thinking, 3D thinking, customer-oriented mindset, solution-oriented thinking considering the entire production process
  • You are a dedicated, creative individual who takes into account both production possibilities and economic considerations
