The uv-technik Speziallampen GmbH specializes in the production of ultraviolet and infrared lamps used for disinfection of water, air, and surfaces. With over 110 employees, we have been supplying customers worldwide for more than 30 years.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Support/Order Processing Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Wümbach near Ilmenau to assist with the production and processing of our products.

Your responsibilities:

Sales support and customer service
Commercial order processing:
- Handling customer inquiries
- Preparing quotes
- Creating order confirmations and workshop orders
- Organizing and monitoring order processing
Maintaining customer database
Updating sales materials

Your profile:

Completed training as an industrial clerk or relevant experience in commercial and business management
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with CRM and Navision is desirable
Good written and verbal English skills
High sense of responsibility and customer orientation
Thorough and independent work ethic
Team player and reliable
