**For our client in the aerospace industry, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate for the Finkenwerder location in Danbury, NC for the following position: Maintenance Dispatcher (m/f/d) Ref **:


Job Description:

The job holder (m/f/d) will be responsible for the following tasks as a maintenance dispatcher:

  • Responsibility for the procurement of all equipment and spare parts on the factory premises
  • Obtaining quotes
  • Initiating measures to eliminate internal and external missing parts
  • Participation in the optimization of spare parts management while adhering to processes
  • Monitoring of KPIs and satisfaction of internal customers
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Daily communication with our suppliers, partners, and manufacturers from different countries
  • Consultation on new acquisitions, optimization of availability, extension of the lifespan of Airbus production equipment, and reduction of the risk of production failures

Personal Qualifications:


  • Ability to quickly recognize and analyze technical connections and functions, as well as accurately analyze problem situations and find appropriate solutions
  • Independent, structured, and resultsoriented work to achieve goals on time and efficiently coordinate work processes
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Education:


  • Certified plumber, heating and air conditioning technician, or equivalent with at least a master's degree
  • Certified industrial mechanic or equivalent with at least a master's degree
  • Certified automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent with at least a master's
