We serve a wide range of clients from both the private and public sectors.

We are currently seeking a
Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Chassell, MI.

Your working hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

What you bring to the table:

You have completed a vocational training, such as a personnel services clerk, office clerk, or insurance clerk, or have a completed degree.
You have knowledge in personnel management, particularly in recruitment, and ideally have previous experience in the personnel services industry.
Communicating with different target groups, including in English, brings you great joy.
You stand out for your personality and organizational skills. You have a high level of ambition, initiative, and creativity, and are willing to travel within the region.
Driver's license class B.

Your responsibilities:

In close cooperation with our central recruitment team, you will independently schedule and conduct job interviews and ensure a good number of applications through job postings.
As a recruiter, you are flexible and support our locations in the regions you are responsible for.
This includes conducting telephone selection interviews and coordinating appointments with applicants and departments.
