With a strong regional focus on Bochum, Castrop-Rauxel, and surrounding cities, VAAAM GmbH creates attractive and affordable living spaces. The portfolio also includes commercial properties, as well as land and forestry areas.

We are currently seeking employees for immediate entry into a permanent full-time or part-time position.

Responsibilities:

Commercial and partial technical management of our existing properties (residential and commercial properties)
Management and monitoring of external service providers
Rental management (preparation and negotiation of rental contracts)
Apartment handovers and inspections
Regular real estate reporting
Implementation of rent increases
Contract negotiations with service providers
Handling general correspondence
Document and file management
Regular property inspections

Qualifications:

Commercial vocational training or university degree, preferably in real estate management
Preferably professional experience in the abovementioned tasks
Independent and responsible work style
Excellent communication skills
Class B driver's license is an advantage
Proficient in standard software (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
