- Develop, outline, and implement strategic HR initiatives that support and drive the Firm's goals
- Manage Employee Relations issues and initiatives Firmwide, including performance coaching, professional development plans, facilitation of stay and exit interviews and other conversations regarding organizational assessments
- Lead Human Resource Department, overseeing day-to-day functions of the team providing visibility and guidance as to the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
- A Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- Masters Degree preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of Human Resource Management experience working in the legal field or other related professional services organization (advertising, finance, etc.)
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
- Willingness to travel in-between offices throughout the Commonwealth at a determined cadence
