Department/Responsibilities:


As a central part of RECURA, we combine all the expertise from the areas of controlling, finance, IT, medicine, strategy, human resources management, quality and risk management, corporate communication, and strategic innovations at our locations in Brandenburg and Saxony.

Together, all these areas form the foundation and basis for the successful work of the network with its 1800 employees.


We are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) to cover a maternity leave and parental leave.

An insight into your tasks:

  • Ensuring personnel support (hiring, maternity leave/parental leave, trainees, company pension schemes, etc.)
  • Collaboration with works councils as well as authorities and agencies
  • Preparatory work for payroll including related time tracking questions
  • Participation in company audits and monthly and annual closing activities
  • Diverse project work
  • Participation in the further development of the groupwide collective bargaining and compensation policy

Profile/Qualifications:


How you can convince us:

  • A degree in business administration with a focus on HR (human resources management) or a commercial apprenticeship
  • Extensive experience in personnel administration and support
  • High service mentality
  • Great, but not mandatory: You have relevant knowledge of a payroll program, preferably LOGA
  • Communication and teamwork skills
