- TSE assist customers with selection of products based on the scope of project needs through various applications, prepare quotations and follow-up on status.
- TSE will need a comprehensive understanding of technical products that may include but are not limited to concepts of pressure, flow, resistance, etc.
- TSE will troubleshoot situations with customers to analysis and interpret any problems customers may encounter.
- TSE will enter orders into ERP system and Salesforce to help theTechnical Sales team, as needed.
- TSE will document quotation and follow-up through Salesforce/ERPsystem.
- Position will be required to process all orders through GEBCOERP system.
- TSE will be responsible for day-to-day decisions related topricing and overall customer care within the company's established parameters.
- Position will coordinate and communicate regularly with outside salespersonto fully develop accounts within designated sales territory.
- Interaction withcustomers on-site may be required at times.
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (electrical, engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience in technical field required.
- Attention to detail, organization skills and ability to workindependently or with a team are a must for success in this role.
- Results-driven personality a plus.
- Strong communication skills whether written, verbal or otherwiserequired especially using moderately complex terminology and concepts.
- Must be willing to travel locally with occasional overnights.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical field with customerservice or similar.
