    Hybrid -2 days a week in the office

    Required

    Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management, or related field

    2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or operations

    Experience processing purchase orders in an ERP system- someone who has been the buyer/supplier administrator

    Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills will interact with other departments internally and external vendors

    Preferred

    Experience negotiating and/ or contracts

    Experience working with external vendors

    Workday

    Global company experience

    Hi-tech industry experience

    Experience doing procurement for any of these categories: contract labor, marketing, or HR services

    Job Description:

    We're on the lookout for someone who's eager to dive into procurement and make a real impact. Joining the team as a Procurement Sourcing Manager means taking the reins on global category leadership for contract labor, marketing, and HR services. Your role will involve everything from negotiating contracts and fostering supplier relationships to optimizing costs and driving process improvements. If you have a knack for strategic sourcing, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus a couple of years' experience in procurement, we'd love to hear from you.     Responsibilities will include contract negotiations, developing sourcing tactics with stakeholders, fostering supplier partnerships, and processing transactions in the ERP. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Procurement and IT Sourcing.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and execute sourcing strategy for assigned categories, e.g., Services/Contract Labor, Technology/Software, etc.
    • Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance with functional stakeholders, e.g., Legal, Privacy, IT, CISO, Finance
    • Provide thought leadership and drive early engagement with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify optimizations, greater value, and lower total cost of ownership (TCO)
    • Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, and supplier records.
    • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations
    • High proficiency in processing transactions in an ERP system (Purchase Reqs, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Admin), negotiating contracts, and generating KPI reports and analyzing data

    Seeking someone with the ability to prioritize high volume of requests, while managing high internal customer satisfaction
