The position is hybrid-eligible, but is not fully remote; the schedule will be coordinated with the hiring manager.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- scheduling meetings
- telephone reference checks of applicants for the agency's contracts
- attending strategic sourcing procurement meetings, and creating and distributing meeting minutes
- procurement tasks in agency procurement systems, including file uploads and database updates
- auditing records/files for accuracy and completeness in agency procurement and vendor sales reporting systems
Temp-to-hire is a possibility, depending on available funding and agency needs.

$ $24.09 per hour
