- Assist with the drafting, proofreading, and redlining of agreements
- Conduct legal research on a variety of matters and prepare thorough briefs
- Prepare for and participate in legal meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a contract management database

- First or second year law student in good standing for a J.D. degree
- Interest in contracts and/or prior contracts course work

You will participate in the day-to-day work of the legal team, support its ongoing operations, and contribute to special projects, all while learning the intricacies of in-house practice.
