Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Project Manager intern to join our team. The intern will support the execution of client projects, ensuring that goals are met on time and within budget.
This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to develop their project management skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
If the intern excels in the role, there is an opportunity for the intern to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing projects for legal and medical practice clients.
- Coordinate and communicate project activities to team members and clients.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance.
- Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are uptodate.
- Support senior project managers in various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Detailoriented with robust analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous internship or experience in project management is advantageous.
