The full-time position of

the Speaker / the Speaker (f/m/d) of the Mayor

is to be filled as soon as possible.

In the position of the Mayor, the functions of the administrative chief, the legal representative of the city, the chairman of the council and the main and finance committee, as well as the representative of the city to the outside world, are combined. As a speaker, you will take on a versatile, interesting and responsible role and be directly involved in the administration and politics of the city.

Your tasks include in particular:

  • Support of the Mayor in all matters of the city, including the management of the administration,
  • Obtaining the necessary information from the administration and other bodies for the Mayor's appointments, preparing and developing solution proposals for various topics,
  • Participation in internal and external meetings and conferences of the Mayor, including protocol, in particular the administrative board and the administrative conference
