    The

    Digital Marketing Director


    leads the digital marketing department, setting strategic direction and ensuring the execution of digital marketing strategies across all digital channels to meet or exceed our B2B clients' business goals.

    This role requires a balance of advanced digital marketing knowledge, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of analytics and performance optimization.

    The Director will oversee our agency's Digital Marketing Team and work closely with Account Executives, Creative Directors, Developers, and other teammates to drive digital innovation and excellence.

    Responsibilities

    Define and communicate the digital marketing vision and strategy in alignment with the company's and clients' overall business objectives
    Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels
    Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, and client-focused solutions
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand messaging and the successful integration of digital strategies into broader marketing campaigns
    Analyze market trends and digital marketing performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
    Oversee and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and ROI for all digital initiatives
    Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting strategic recommendations, insights, and results to key stakeholders
    Drive digital innovation within the agency, keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
    Contribute to new business development efforts, leveraging digital expertise to support pitches and proposals
    Requirements

    Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a strong background in digital strategy development and execution for B2B clients
    Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire teammates and hold them accountable for high-quality performance
    Excellent analytical skills, with a keen understanding of how to interpret data to drive strategic decisions
    Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing clients and internal teams
    Agency experience preferred, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and innovations
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree (or experiential equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus
    Extensive experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush; and on-platform organic and paid media tools in LinkedIn, X, and Meta; and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
    Deep understanding of branding principles and how digital marketing supports brand strategies.
