    Customer Service Rep – Compensation: $22-$25 DOE

    Located in Westlake Village, CA (Full-Time In Office)

    Caldera Medical is seeking an outstanding Customer Service Representative to provide stellar service to our customers. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will primarily support daily sales order processing, respond to phone calls and general email inquiries from customers, and process customer claims and customer reporting.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order processing: manual keying order, web order entry, and other system orders to process. These include Sales Orders, Returns, and Credit Memos.
  • Provide customer service coverage over the phone and email, answering order questions and resolving issues.
  • Assist with questions originating within Manufacturing in relation to orders, deliveries, and product information.
  • Provide backup support to other team members in the Customer Service Department
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ Years of Administrative (Clerical or data entry) Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Able to work a flexible schedule and early morning hours to accommodate East Coast customers
  • Proficient in using (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) for managing customer data and relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, NAV)
  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Manages timelines; deals effectively with pressure
  • Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized in order to meet commitment and productivity standards of day-to-day process requirements
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Highly detail-oriented individual
  • Basic analytical and Excel skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with people at all levels of the organization, including supply chain partners
