_Aboutthe Opportunity:
_

Thefollowing is a list of some of the Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

  • Maintaingreat relationships with customers/dealers
  • Processespurchase orders and ensures accuracy in pricing
  • Quicklyresponds to customer inquiries
  • Provideswarranty quotes when inquired upon
  • Resolvestier 1 customer issues while balancing business needs and customer expectations
  • Communicatewith other department within the organization to support a positive customerexperience
  • Assistswith trade show preparation
  • Othertasks as needed

_Basic required skills:
_


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines with little supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Epicor and CRM systems a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

_Education/Experience:
_


  • Highschool diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • 2+years' experience in Customer Service preferred

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
