POSITION OVERVIEW:


As a Customer Service Representative at Tax Relief Helpers, your primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls from customers or other parties, effectively address customer complaints, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and ensure client satisfaction.

You will play a vital role in fielding calls, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring clients' needs are met promptly and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Field incoming calls from customers or other parties and address their inquiries or concerns.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or departments as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns to the best of your ability.
  • Mitigate issues to prevent client dissatisfaction that could lead to refunds.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in customer interactions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
