Overview:
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate medical scheduling
- Provide administrative support to medical staff
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Utilize medical terminology in daily tasks
- Coordinate with various departments such as the ER for efficient patient care
Experience:
- Proven experience in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with Epic software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in patient services
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in general office tasks
Job Types:

$ $22.00 per hour
