Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and followup visits
  • Verify insurance information and process payments
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly
  • Maintain electronic health records accurately
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency with eClinicalWorks, Epic, Eaglesoft, or similar electronic medical records systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of urgent care, ER procedures, and dental office operations is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle phone systems effectively

$ $22.00 per hour
