Project Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the successful execution of audiovisual integration projects, and delivery services for our clients in the K-12 education sector, enterprise businesses, and government agencies.
You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the specified requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with clients to define project goals, objectives, and scope.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and resolving any issues promptly.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technicians, installers, and designers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate and schedule resources to ensure efficient project execution.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose appropriate solutions.
Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates and proposals for clients.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Perform inspections and tests to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the audiovisual integration.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with K-12 education systems, enterprise businesses, or government agencies is a plus.
Additional
Requirements:
Ability to work out of the office and be present for regular in-person meetings and team collaboration.
Flexibility to travel locally to various job sites as required for project oversight and coordination. Travel may involve occasional overnight stays.
Note:
The Livermore, CA office will serve as the primary work location for the Project Manager, but occasional travel to job sites will be necessary to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
