    Description


    AMR Customer Sales Analyst at Intel in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description The Customer Sales Analyst is responsible for forecasting both unit demand and revenue dollar commitments (Plan/POR), along with identifying operational efficiencies and executing an ambiguous set of tasks with their dynamic account.

    The Customer Sales Analyst will work in strong partnership with their Sales team and American's operation team to support the execution of strategy as it relates to their customer.

    The CSA owns all business aspects of the Customer. This role contributes to regional unit and revenue forecasts and drives the business to meet these commitments.

    The CSA manages the business to maximize revenue through supply allocations, inventory management, pricing strategies, internal and external customer collaboration, and supply chain program support.

    The CSA is responsible for escalating customer issues to Regional Sr. Management and driving resolution through them.

    This role also owns the Customer Business Analyst aspects of the account and will manage the sales process and back-office, act as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, and the Factory to optimize revenue and supply.


    This position requires:
    + Understanding of supply line management, demand forecasting processes, market analysis and operations. + Strong analytical and data management skills and willingness to work through complex/ambiguous business scenarios. + Willingness to solicit and listen to critical feedback in order to improve forecast, while simultaneously demonstrating confidence in numbers and analysis. + Demonstrated experience influencing via excellent communication. + Demonstrated skills in driving processes and solving problems across multiple business groups. + Familiarity with Intel Architecture products and customers and a working knowledge of broader PC and Server market drivers and trends. + Willingness to perform under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent analytical skills and willingness to work well within a diverse environment. Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    + Bachelor's degree + 2+ years related experience with advanced working knowledge of Excel

    + Degree in Business or Supply Chain Operation concentrations. SMG works across business units to amplify the customer voice and deliver solutions that accelerate their business. The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe. Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.     (Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California:
    $70,680.00-$106,220.00 Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
