IT Manager

in

Houston, TX . This non-remote position determines the IT needs of an organization and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical business applications, with a specific focus on

SAP
(or other equivalent

ERP
experiences).

Responsibilities:
Manage all information technology and computer systemsEnsure security of data, network access and backup systemsCoordinate with other Global IT teamsTrack and maintain hardware and software inventoryAssist with Financial/IT audit as necessarySet performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluationsCreate and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutionsEnsure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST) and regulatory requirementsApplication implementation and maintenance
SAP(ERP) managementBe available on 24/7 level to make sure business runs smoothly, without suspension

Requirements:
Japanese speaker at a business level preferredBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred5+ years of work experience as an IT ManagerProfessional certifications desiredExperience with accounting systems or accounting background is a plusProven experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologiesExcellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systemsExperience with VMware, Azure AD, Networking, Google Workspace, M365 Admin Center, Apple Business ManagerExperience with Starship,
SAP(FICO, MM, SD, CS)
SAPWork Manager, RingCentral, Unifi products, SalesforceEligible for W2 employment [no VISA support, no corp-to-corp (C2C) support]
