- 5 Normal Biz Hours
- Accounts Payable
- Review and enter all RTS Access, RTS Regional Operations and Genesee Transportation Council invoices for payment
- Enter vendor wire payments and wage garnishments into Lawson for all companies
- Enter and cut checks for Capital invoices on a monthly basis
- Perform deposits on a weekly basis for both RTS and regionals
- Respond to inquiries from internal customers and external vendors
- Prepare and mail vendor checks
- Establish, update, and maintain vendor records in Lawson
- Prepare monthly travel card reconciliation spreadsheet
- Process weekly workers' compensation payments
- Perform monthly Regional vendor accruals and bank reconciliations.
- Fare Media Fulfillment
- Process fare media orders, returns/refunds and exchanges
- Four-year degree in accounting or related field
- Zero to two years of experience working in accounting or related field
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above

Datrose is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
The Accounts Payable Clerkis responsible for performing accounting and related tasks across a variety of areas within the Accounting function.
This is a temporary position (W2 Only) in Rochester, NY 14609and the contract is expected to last approximately 12monthswith the possibility of an extension and a pay rate of $24/hr.
This is an in-office role, so you must be commutable to Rochester, NY. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
