    Description

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Leads global cross-functional innovation team in all efforts surrounding the launch of new products and brands – from concept through to launch
    • Manages team, supporting with day-to-day project management, as well as bigger picture strategy work and pipeline planning
    • Drives engagement with leadership team for monthly stage gate process, constantly iterating said process to evolve with the business' needs
    • Partners with ESG team to develop and implement projects with goals of reducing carbon and packaging footprint
    • Interacts constantly with various members of the organization, trade and consumer community to identify new trends and ideas
    • Partners with brand, insights and sales teams to ensure new products are insight-led, commercially attractive and in service of the brand's future goals
    • Creates a culture of innovation, role-modeling key behaviors every day

    Qualifications:

    • 9-12 years of experience in research and development, innovation and/or other marketing related area preferably in beverage, beauty, health or related
    • Experience managing a cross-functional team – preferably across a global supply chain – with the ability to diagnose and address issues in ways of working
    • The ability to be strategic while also roll up your sleeves and execute
    • Deep understanding and experience with developing 360-degree insights – inclusive of commercial, consumer and cultural
    • Understanding and experience with value chains and financial modeling
    • Direct experience building and implementing go-to-market strategies
    • A clear communicator who can motivate people to get big things done, fast
    • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
    • Can work within a flexible working schedule environment
    • Energetic, self-motivated, positive attitude and with the ability to drive improvements
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products – PPT and Excel essential
    • And of course the love of all things coconuts
