Your Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for strategic product management, taking into account the ORTOVOX mission
  • Based on company goals and continuous market observation, you define strategic objectives and business plans and work closely with product managers to oversee the product portfolio strategy
  • You lead the team of product managers, each responsible for different collections. Prioritizing and coordinating among target grouporiented collections is a central task.
  • You work closely with the Head of Development, Design, and Innovation and maintain close communication with departments such as Sales, Materials, CSR, Marketing, and Quality.

Your Profile:


  • Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the sports industry
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and a good sense of our market and customer needs
  • As a communication and organizational talent, you have experience in leading teams and working across departments
  • Even under high pressure, you can act confidently, prioritize, and work in a structured and solutionoriented manner
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally a PLM system
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Your heart beats for mountain sports and sustainability.
