Description

  • As an architect of the product, you will design individual solutions and concepts and present them to existing and new customers. You will also work on bids.
  • You are responsible for the implementation of the VoIP solution including configuration, commissioning, documentation, and handover to regular operation.
  • Together with the product manager, you will take care of market observation and positioning of our telephony solution.
  • You are the first point of contact for the customer and act as a liaison between external and internal departments such as sales, development, and support.
Requirements

What you bring

  • You have experience as a technical consultant, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
  • You have a degree in computer science / business informatics or a related field.
  • You have good network knowledge, ideally combined with VoIP.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a high level of understanding, are your strengths.
  • You are able to work independently, in a structured and goaloriented manner, and are also a team player.
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills in both written and spoken form complete your profile.
