HERE YOU WILL WORK:

For the further expansion of the team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client, a globally operating and leading company in the food industry, as part of a direct placement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In your position, you will be responsible for comprehensive written and telephone correspondence with external business persons, including handling incoming complaints, special requests, or providing advice on general product inquiries
You will process customer data, contracts, and invoices and systematically maintain them in the archive system
In addition, you will support the team in handling special transactions and assist in planning special customer promotions
In your role, you will contribute to process optimization and take on other exciting administrative tasks
Finally, you will coordinate appointments between internal and external business persons

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant or a comparable qualification
You also have good and secure knowledge of common MS Office programs
You possess team spirit, a friendly demeanor, and convince with your customer
