    Description

    Implementation Support SME (Practice Management)

    The Select Group is looking for an Implementation Support SME to join one of their healthcare clients in Chicago, IL for Go Live support exclusively. This SME will specialize in Practice Management training and end user support in a healthcare environment. The ideal person will have 4-5 years of experience with Practice Management and the ability to travel to Chicago for this client's Go Live.

    Implementation Support SME Must Have Skills

    • Subject Matter Expertise in Veradigm/Allscripts Practice Management (PM) product suite.
    • Able to interact with end users that are leveraging Veradigm/Allscripts PM suite.
    • This person should have a basic knowledge of clinical workflows
    • Customer service driven mindset
    • This individual will be providing customer support to clinical employees. This individual will need to help answer questions, calls, and help explain to end users about the Practice Management suite.
    • Proven track record of training and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff.

    Implementation Support SME Responsibilities

    • Carry out the implementation of Allscripts Solutions, and other designated 3rd party products all while maintaining the detailed project plan and project scope.
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues within the application and interfaces encountered during and after the implementation. This includes third party interfaces and applications.
    • Assist clients with parameterization and configuration of the Practice Management database to deliver the necessary functionality defined in the projected contract/scope.
    • Lead and assist in the organizations specific system design, conversion migration and build of information in the database with the client.
    • Design and present client specific documentation and formal training.
    • Advise and assist clients on interface and application testing, planning, and fulfillment for successful Go live.
    • Allscripts Practice Management application SME to ensure setup supports organizations workflow decisions and billing needs.
