    We are looking for experienced Business Analyst to:

    own and execute individual work packages to implement the target operating model independently, under guidance of the workstream lead
    independently run analysis on complex topics, and compile concise documentations/ presentations to enable relevant bodies to take decisions
    analyse current business process and workflow and document, refine and execute work-packages to implement the target operating model
    be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of the project(s) business analysis and requirements
    collaborate with SMEs and Technology team to ensure requirements and designs reflect accurate process flows and proposed changes are fit-for-purpose
    be responsible for documenting functional design, resolves technical and solution design issues collaboratively with SMEs and Technology Teams
    support workstream lead and SMEs with dedicated analysis tasks and data mining activities
    support workstream leads and subject matter experts with creation of presentation materials
    assist workstream leads and subject matter experts to set up and run workshops, deep dive sessions and lead information gathering, data collection and data migration processes
    strong leadership, sound analytical skill and change management capabilities to work independently on transformation, improvement initiatives, liaising effectively with senior stakeholders, SMEs and Technology teams on complex problems etc

    Your team
    You'll be part of the Asset Management Integration Office reporting to Workstream Lead. You'll be working with a collaborative team of professionals who take pride in delivering high quality, high impact work to our stakeholder

    Your expertise

    at least 6+ years of business analysis experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management or Investment Banking.
    strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and execution skills.
    ability to work under pressure and to manage and deliver to deadlines.
    highly driven and motivated with a can do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organization.
    eager to learn and to solve complex problems.
    ideally college educated with bachelor's in Science, Management or Finance

    Salary Information

    CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000 based on experience, education, and skill level.

    This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
