- 10 years of IT experience providing Tier 3 support level.
- 10 years of experience working in a Tier-3 Cisco network support environment (designing, documenting, and supporting the LAN/ WAN networks, supporting Firewalls, and supporting enterprise wireless solutions).
- 10 years of experience performing hands-on implementation of Cisco firewalls (FPR 4112, FMC, ASA 5555) and related hardware and software
- 10 years of experience performing hands-on implementation of network infrastructure including: core switches (Cisco Nexus 7k), edge switches (Catalyst 9300-U/UXM, 3850, 3650), routers (ASR 1006, ASR 1001, 8300), bandwidth management appliances, and related hardware and software
- 10 years of experience with the design, configuration and troubleshooting of the routing protocols, including but not limited to, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) etc.
- 7 years of experience designing and performing hands-on implementation of a secured enterprise wireless systems with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) including WLC 5520/9800 and security standards including Extensible Authentication Protocol.
- Transport Layer Security (EAP-TLS)/Protected Extensible Authentication Protocol (PEAP)
- 7 years of experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- 7 years of experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Express Routes connections to Microsoft AZURE Cloud.
- 5 years of experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds and Cisco DNA center.
- 5 years of experience with Cisco VoIP infrastructure, operations and IVR technologies.
- 3 years of experience with Managed Trusted Internet Protocol Service (MTIPS) and Public IP infrastructure
- 2 years of general Windows Server Operating System experience with hands-on experience working and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
