    Administrative Assistant – Phenomenal Financial Services Firm

    An incredible financial services firm is seeking a personable, hardworking, and bright Administrative Assistant to work alongside another Executive Assistant to support a wonderful Senior Partner in their beautiful and newly renovated New York office.

    This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has a team player mentality and is proactive. An individual that wants to work with a great team, and in a collegial company culture

    $80-100k base DOE + discretionary bonus + fantastic benefits/perks

    MIDTOWN WEST office location, HYBRID SCHEDULE, 4 days in office/1 remote

    Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

    • Schedules and coordinates in-person and virtual meetings/conference calls for Senior Partner – extensive calendar management across timezones
    • Assists with agenda preparation, registering and greeting guests, catering services, etc
    • Coordinates extensive domestic and international travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, visas, itineraries etc.
    • Handles expenses reimbursement process
    • Assists with on and off boarding for new hires
    • Acts as liaison with internal and external parties
    • Works with IT department to handle technical difficulties for Partner
    • Offers other admin services such as printing, photocopying, etc
    • Adhoc projects

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of administrative experience, finance highly preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
    • Professional, positive approach
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, true team player mentality
