    Unser Pflanzenlager in Bottrop ist das Cross Docking Center fr die Belieferung unserer Mrkte sowie der gesamten Rewe Group mit Pflanzen, Baumschulware, Gestecken und Pflanzschalen aus Eigenproduktion. Einkauf, Bestellwesen, Logistik und Produktion stehen im Mittelpunkt unseres tglichen Denkens und Handelns.
    Der Einkauf von toom Baumarkt stellt fr uns eine Schlsselfunktion dar. Hier erarbeiten wir eine kundenorientierte Beschaffungsstrategie und steuern die internationalen Beschaffungsprozesse an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und Herstellern auf der ganzen Welt. Wir verantworten die Lieferantenentscheidungen auf Basis der vom Category Management definierten Artikelspezifikationen sowie der strategischen Leitplanken.

    **Wir zhlen auf deinen Einsatz bei der**
    * Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der mit dem Einkaufsleiter entwickelten Ziele sowie Gewhrleistung der bestmglichen Beschaffung innerhalb der strategischen Leitplanken
    * Einbeziehung von neuen Trendthemen, insbesondere beim Sourcing unter Bercksichtigung der Kundensicht und Marktentwicklung. Dabei agierst du als Innovationstreiber
    * fachlichen, disziplinarischen und organisatorischen Fhrung deines Teams, bestehend aus Purchasing Manager (m/w/d) und Junior Purchasing Manager (m/w/d)
    * Verantwortung der Lieferantensegmentierung sowie Definition von strategischen und neuen Lieferanten innerhalb der Einkaufsstrategie
    * Erarbeitung und Einhaltung der Planbudgets sowie berwachung der KPI
    * Verantwortung der Ergebnisse aus den Jahresgesprchen und Konditionsverhandlungen
    * Sicherstellung der Warenversorgung fr das Strecken- und Lagergeschft inkl. Verantwortung der Warenbestnde im Cross Docking Center
    * engen Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie z.B. der Logistik oder dem Category Management

    **Respekt, wenn du**
    * ein Studium wie z.B. Agrar- und Gartenbauwissenschaften, Produktionsgartenbau oder hnliches vorweisen kannst oder ber eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen verfgst
    * mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der grnen Branche im Bereich Einkauf/ Category Management mitbringst und ausgeprgte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht aufweist
    * mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als disziplinarische Fhrungskraft gesammelt hast
    * ein ausgeprgtes Verstndnis fr den Handel mitbringst und als Innovator Trends vorantreibst
    * versiert in der Anwendung von MS-Office bist sowie gute Kenntnisse in einem Warenwirtschaftssystem vorweisen kannst z.B. SAP oder hnliches
    * durchsetzungsstark und ergebnisorientiert arbeitest und in hektischen Situationen den berblick bewahrst
    * sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse besitzt
