    Description:

    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to join their team. As a Microsoft Dynamics Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions to enhance their business processes. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of both Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering customized solutions in a business environment.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Customize Dynamics 365 applications to align with business processes and requirements.
    • Perform routine system maintenance tasks.
    • Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to meet the organization's needs.
    • Provide technical support to Microsoft 365 users.
    • Implement and create integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with other business systems; Business Central & Field Service.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is required.
    • Previous experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Specialist, with expertise in both Dynamics 365 ERP.
    • Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred.
    • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
    • Must be proficient in customization, configuration, and development within the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
