    Job Summary
    :

    The Title Solutions Lead reports directly to the Bank's Senior Executive Vice President of Banking Operations with an additional reporting line to the Head of Business Development.

    This role is primarily responsible for customer relations and operations related to the bank's real estate title & escrow business.


    Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

    Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with title agencies, escrow agencies, and real estate brokeragesIdentify target customers and geographies, and solicit new businessServe as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, requests, and issuesProactively reach out to clients to solicit feedback, understanding their needs, challenges, and goalsCoordinate the onboarding and account opening process with the Banking Operations teamAttend industry events to serve as a spokesperson of the bankEducate customers on ancillary banking products & servicesProvide new business reporting to senior management Qualifications: Extensive experience in sales, business development, or customer serviceStrong understanding of the residential real estate industry, specifically the real estate closing process and its participantsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage up/down in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package with discretionary bonus tied to sales performanceDynamic and collaborative work environmentCareer development at the nexus of real estate, banking, and fintech The job description outlined above is considered a core list of job duties/requirements.
