    Description

    Minimum Qualifications:

    ·High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year experience performing clerical tasks or providing customer service
  • Experience utilizing Banner/BanWeb within the last six months
  • Three or more years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and function in a busy environment
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system within the last six months in a post-secondary environment
  • Post-secondary education in the form of a certificate or diploma
  • Salary/Benefits: Salary 33,000; Benefits include paid state holidays, vacation, retirement, personal and sick leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits Program.

    Note : Selected candidate must successfully complete a background check to include employment references, criminal history, and verification of employment prior to hire.
