    Qualifications:

    • Real estate agent or broker's license required.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent.
    • Good standing with the local Realtor board (GBAR).
    • Knowledge of the Boston area real estate market.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
