Amo Realty's first office, Boston City Properties, is a leader in the Boston real estate industry.

We are planning to hire is planning to hire 2-3 agents to join our Boston City Properties office this next year.

We will be providing a steady stream of clients to our agents and will have enough clients for 2-3 agents to stay fully booked, even with the upcoming industry changes.

There are options to take clients each week in Boston and even farther away.

Boston City Properties is part of the Amo Realty brand. Amo is a unique privately owned 50-agent boutique-style national real estate company with 12 small offices in 12 states. We have very small teams in each micro office across the country. Amo's first office was Boston City Properties and was founded in 2007.

We're able to constantly give a constant flow of clients to our small teams of agents. One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads.

We have a really unique goldmine lead system where high quality buyer and seller clients are constantly provided to our agents each week.

We've had the same system for over 16 years and help keep our agents fully booked. We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sale leads to our agents.

New agents at Amo really have the opportunity to make $100,000-$200,000+ or much more.


We typically give our agents:

• Around 7+ Residential buyer leads per week
• Around 12+ Residential seller leads per week
• Around 2+ Commercial real estate leads per week. The commercial leads are mostly clients that are looking to lease commercial space. We also send landlords looking to list with us. (optional)
• Around 2+ Apartment landlords that would like to list their rental with us each week. We also have a lot of renter leads and can provide about 510+ per week to those who are interested. (optional)

A MA Real Estate License is Required
Real estate sales experience is required

Application Question(s):
We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split. Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years. Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark. There are no desk fees, no transaction fees. Are you okay with this split system?
