    Duties

    The Human Resource Specialist plays a key role in managing administrative tasks for the Consolidated Processing Unit (CPU). This involves overseeing HR functions such as personnel/payroll processing, record-keeping, and operating a Help Desk for all HR Departments and BOP staff.

    Responsibilities include reviewing and processing payroll and personnel requests, ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. Additionally, you may contribute to HR policy development, analyze regulatory impacts, and conduct training on HR systems and payroll processes.
