Hello my name is Lesa (Lisa). I am a senior In college and expected to graduate by the end of the year.
I am currently a shift leader, my duties include: running the shift, supporting and teaching my team members the policies and procedures of the company, counting the money made from the day and documenting that into our computer system using excel and word, and lastly putting the team members in positions that will help the shift flow efficiently and effectively. I have ten years of customer service experience and two years of management experience. I am a diligent, hard working, dependable worker with an effervescent personality with the guest and my team members.
