- Perform opening and closing tasks at the clinic
- Welcome and assist patients with appointments and insurance verification
- Digitally scan important documents into the health record system
- Keep the waiting area and reception tidy all day
- Manage appointment schedules and make necessary follow-up appointments
- Handle designated tasks in the electronic health record
- Order office supplies and manage cosmetic product sales
- Sort and distribute mail
- Prepare for upcoming appointments
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
- Quick learner when it comes to new software
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with standard office equipment
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm is desired
