    Description

    *NOW HIRING IN ALLENTOWN, PA*

    ***Position is fully on-site***

    Respond to customer service inquiries, requests, complaints. Inbound calls and emails.

    Calls will be in regard to scheduling, billing, service, ETA's for dumpster deliveries

    Utilize pricing sheets to price containers for customers

    Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes

    Will be creating some new orders (both home and residential)

    All info entered in a database called "Trucks", which they will train on, but experience with Microsoft will be helpful here

    First 3 weeks of training will be Monday-Friday 9a-5p

    After training, hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p

    *Additional Skills & Qualifications:*

    Ability to learn quickly

    Ability to work independently

    Ability to work in a fast pace environment

    Empathetic

    High School Diploma or GED required
