    Bilingual Customer Service Representative



    Join the team at Uline as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and become an essential part of our Pennsylvania Branch.



    Salary: Competitive pay ranging from $23 to $28 per hour, equating to $58,000 to $70,000 annually including bonuses.



    Customer Service is at the core of what we do at Uline. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll dive into order intricacies to provide customers with outstanding experiences they'll appreciate.     Working Hours: Flexible on-site shifts are available.



    Position Responsibilities:

    • Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently using state-of-the-art technology in a collaborative call center environment.
    • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
    • Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering processes.
    • Become proficient in our products and solutions to swiftly and confidently address inquiries about products, pricing, and shipping.


    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not mandatory.
    • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, but we offer comprehensive training to ensure you deliver top-notch service to our customers.
    • Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish) with fluency in both verbal and written forms.
