    Description

    Job Title: Project Manager

    Duration: 11+ Months

    Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid - 3 days on site typically, Flexible for which days - must be in on 1 day when stakeholders are in)

    Job Description:

    • Managing a project to ensure client's readiness for Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
    • Project contains multiple workstreams across stakeholder groups, requiring comprehensive project plan management
    • Partnering with internal global stakeholders and external consultants for project execution

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying project goals, needs, and scope with the team
    • Planning and monitoring tasks, documenting steps using project management tools
    • Ensuring prompt delivery of tasks, deliverables, and materials
    • Conducting weekly project meetings with working groups, sharing relevant information with stakeholders
    • Identifying and eliminating risks, preparing reports for upper management
    • Requiring 7-10 years of experience in program/project management or related area
    • Familiarity with project management concepts, practices, and tools like Asana

    Daily Schedule:

    • Dedicated to CSRD Readiness, managing multiple workstreams and dependencies
    • Ensuring teams are on track, coordinating and documenting from PM perspective
    • Reporting project status to leadership, working closely with consultants and internal stakeholders globally

    Years of Experience:

    • Requiring 6+ years of experience in program/project management or related area

    Required:

    • Familiarity with project management concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Experience with project management tools, stakeholder management

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Coordination, Communication, CSRD experience
