    Citi Trends is on the lookout for a reliable Store Manager to join our team at one of the leading chains in the value-priced urban apparel sector.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage recruitment, interviews, hiring, counseling, and terminations while ensuring compliance with legal and internal processes.
    • Control finances, including shrinkage, payroll, and other expenses.
    • Oversee inventory controls, facilitate transactions, and uphold compliance standards for shrinkage control.
    • Supervise sales activities to guarantee exceptional customer service.
    • Lead and manage employees engaged in sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and customer service.
    • Ensure staff compliance with all Citi Trends, Inc. policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
    • 3-5 years of retail experience in Store Management.
    • 5-7 years of overall retail experience.
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
    • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
