    Description
    About the Job:

    This role will support the Director-Facility Operations in the supervision and management of day-to-day grow, processing, production facility operations and staff for medical-grade and adult-use cannabis. As directed, responsible for supporting, monitoring, and analyzing current systems and procedures of operations and productions and logistics to ensure effectiveness. Position may act as a liaison between other company departments.

    * Duties include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:
    * Assist the Director-Facility Operations with production processes, internal tracking and compliance, order process and inventory management, and enforcing product quality control
    * Compile and submit reports as
    * Train and supervise team members as
    * Ensure that all health, safety, and compliance regulations are met.
    * With HR support, help recruit high-performance staff and proactively manage organizational
    * Ensure accuracy of seed-to-sale tracking
    * Ensure all operational SOPs are followed as outlined in Holistic Industries Policies and Procedures
    * Maintain knowledge and understanding of applicable state and federal cannabis
    * Assist with setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs, in coordination with the Director-Facility Operations
    * Support facility-level team member relations, including onboarding, scheduling, and
    * Support internal
    * Track and help measure team member performance.
    * Support system implementation and ensure the right team members are trained on right
    * Calculate and allocate available cannabinoids/high-expense rudiments between products and sales channels.
    * Support product allocation for medical and adult use
    * Interface with vendors and help with vendor contracts as
    * Support transfer of products from production facility to retail/wholesale accounts
    * Support facility maintenance as
    * Supervise new equipment purchases or repairs and construction projects in production
    * Coordinate with security team to ensure security of the staff, facility and
    * Support security key fob system, include internal works and assign and control
    * Enforce the use of PPE as
    * Occasional nights and weekends, as needed.
    * Other duties as assigned.

    About You:

    General:

    *
  • Regulations require that the incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain marijuana work

    Education/Experience:

    * Prior leadership experience
    * 4+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment
    * Cannabis experience preferred

    Technological Skills:

    * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and Outlook

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    * Leadership, including delegation and the ability to perform well under
    * Proven efficiency and ability to prioritize and manage time and task for self and
    * Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    * Highly developed interpersonal and internal customer/vendor relationship management skills
