    Job DescriptionDescription:

    JOIN OUR TEAM as a Case Manager/Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).

    This position is specifically for one of our beautiful group homes. Must be flexible in schedule to manage and be on call. Work in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

    JOB SUMMARY: Develops and implements individualized service plans and programs which meet the needs of individuals with Developmental Disabilities and help them to live the fullest life possible.

    Requirements:

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • B.S./B.A. in Psychology, education, special education, or related field, required.
    • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Medicaid/Licensure rules and regulations.
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and other related computer programs.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral form; basic math and money handling skills.
    • Active, valid driver's license with no more than 4points on driving record, current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
