    Looking for an opportunity to grow with a renowned organization? A

    ngels on Call Home Care seeks to expand the Recruitment team with someone who is ambitious, motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
    This position has a starting pay rate of $25/hour.

    This placement is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and is in-office in Peekskill, NY.

    What you'll do:


    Work with a sense of urgency to evaluate applicants and source candidates to set up phone screens to assess skills for client roles.

    Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company and position, such as core values, performance objectives and expectations
    Pre-screen candidates for appropriate experience and knowledge
    Manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates
    Engage with candidates to establish relationships and build your network
    Meet with leaders at training schools and build marketing strategies
    Run and support morale programs with weekly social media giveaways for staff
    Track documents submitted by applicants and completed milestones electronically using an online system
    Build organized physical folders for applicants which complete the hiring steps and join the Angels on Call roster

    Requirements:
    Have years of recruiting experience
    Health Care recruiting experience preferred.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
    Consistently performing outbound activity to source clients
    Provide a positive and welcoming candidate experience
