We are currently seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Cleaning Department at our Shenorock location. This position is available immediately and can be filled as either part-time (30.0 hours) or full-time (38.5 hours).
As the Team Leader, you will work closely with the site management to lead a team of approximately 40 employees and oversee the cleaning operations of two facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading employees, conducting team meetings and performance reviews
- Creating and managing schedules using an electronic system
- Recruiting and training new employees
- Conducting quality control checks in your area of responsibility
- Maintaining relationships with clients
- Participating in and implementing projects
Qualifications:
- Completed training in building cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel management (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in building cleaning
- Experience in leading and managing employees
- Strong organizational skills, with a structured and detailoriented approach
- Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using a computer
- Valid driver's license (Class B or Class 3 preferred)
Please note that proof of measles vaccination is required for this position.
