- Update the Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE) database system with authoritative information and provide technical support for related systems such as C2IE, SharePoint, and Share Drive.
- Create and maintain products for the All Domain Integrated Planning Team (ADIPT) to assess and synchronize effects across Marine Corps Forces Pacific Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs).
- Develop and update briefing materials for the monthly Campaign Synchronization Board (CSB) and Campaign Decision Board (CDB) meetings.
- Represent as the G-35 Future Operations representative at various meetings and assessments.
- Support Operational Planning Teams, work groups, and crisis planning teams as required.
- Contribute to various assessments including those for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and other high-level operations.
- Produce accurate meeting minutes relevant to MARFORPAC plans and operations.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of operational analytical experience.
- Proficiency with the Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE) database system.
- Knowledge of the political-military situation in the Indo-Pacific region.
- Proficiency in groupware applications and Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of USINDOPACOM organization and command relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

This role is contingent on your ability to maintain an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Serco is currently involved in providing support to the Marine Corps through the MARFORPAC IDIQ contract vehicle, catering to entities such as the MARFORPAC G-3, the I Marine Expeditionary Force G-1, and the 1st Marine Division G-3.The Senior Marine Corps Operations Analyst is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the planning, coordination, integration, facilitation, and synchronization of more than 167 Marine Corps Forces in the Pacific region. This includes activities, processes, systems, concepts, and products to support various operational plans, contingency plans, theater security cooperation engagements, OAIs, and scenario-specific events.
